Shipping and Returns
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Yes we ship globally and standard shipping is always FREE WORLDWIDE.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship from our handpicked merchants located in China, Japan, Singapore, South Korea and the United States. If you order more than one item please expect your items to be shipped separately as different partners specialize in different items.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing takes 3-5 business days before shipment. Deliveries usually take 3-5 weeks however, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to 8 weeks especially if you are ordering outside of the United States.
If you would like to check up on your shipped package please use our shipping tracker HERE. We understand that international shipping can sometimes be slow, but we are 100% sure that once you receive your package you'll love it and see it was well worth the wait!
MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET, WHY?
While some packages may arrive earlier than expected, others may experience shipping delays especially near holidays. If your tracked package does not arrive by 8 weeks after shipping, contact us at
firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get to the bottom of it.
I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We ship from different parts of China, Japan and the United States using different carriers so items may arrive at varying times. Don't worry! They'll all arrive even if it's in one two or even three packages! If you'd like to know the status of any of your items please use the shipping tracker provided HERE.
WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOMS FEES?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive to your country. This very rarely happens and most nations have no additional customs fees.
I HAD A CHANGE OF HEART. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK?
Unfortunately we cannot issue cancellations once the order has been placed with our partners. We work very efficiently here at Tokyo Dreams and place orders within minutes of receiving them.
If you catch us before we send the order then we'll gladly issue a refund.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?
There are no returns UNLESS the product is defective, came in the wrong size or is damaged before arrival. In this event, please take a picture of the damage and inform us within 7 days of receiving the order and
we'll work out either a refund or an exchange. See our return policies HERE.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Because of the shipping time involved in returns we strongly suggest you carefully study the sizes before ordering, but in the event your order just doesn’t fit please email email@example.com to get a return address. Shipping fees for exchanges are your responsibility.
